Payment
We kindly request payment at time of treatment, which can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or cash.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment of one hour or less, please give us at least two working days notice. For each additional hour of appointment time, we require an extra one day's notice. If adequate notice is not given and we cannot reallocate the appointment time, we will need to charge £95 per half hour.

Note: Cancelling an appointment must be done personally by phone (so that you have confirmation). Cancellations by e-mail cannot be accepted.

New Patient Appointments
Please understand that new patients are asked to pay a deposit of £95, usually by credit card over the telephone. We will, of course, fully refund this payment against the cost of the first appointment.

Dental Emergency
If you are in pain or discomfort, we will see you on the same day. We do ask, however, that you call as close as possible to 9.00 am. Please do not leave it too late in the afternoon! (See Specific Problem appointment).

Guarantees
Any treatment that involves laboratory work (such as utilising gold or porcelain) is guaranteed for two years, providing:
  • Any damage is not the result of external trauma.
  • The patient attends at least twice a year for routine dental health and hygiene check-ups.
  • A good level of oral hygiene is maintained.
